Liz Jones is a writer and journalist. Shortlisted for the 2017 New Welsh Writing award and runner-up in the 2019 Hektoen International Essay Prize, she writes for everything from literary journals to women’s weeklies. Her book, The Queen of Romance (Honno), a biography of Marguerite Jervis (aka Oliver Sandys and Countess Barcynska), was selected for The Independent’s book choices for May 2021.
