She asks to what extent work like this, which draws on personal experience of class inequality, can challenge class hierarchies while existing within the institutional confines of contemporary arts practice.
I go to Sean Edwards’ exhibition not wanting to know too much about it before encountering the works first hand. The show was first presented in a very different context at the Venice Bienniale last year and will further tour to the Senedd later this summer.
